Take a pew or bring a mat to our Soundbath & Reflection Evening at Christ Church Coseley.
A place where you can find peace, tranquillity and connection within the beautiful surroundings of the church.
We will guide you through a calming soundscape using crystal singing bowls and gentle reflections to help you slow down, release and reconnect with yourself. After the soundbath, refreshments will be available for you to relax, connect with others and share your experience together.
This is a truly unique evening offering space for stillness, reflection and community.
To help you settle comfortably, please bring along anything that supports your relaxation such as yoga mats, blankets and pillows. You are welcome to find a quiet space within the church to lie down, or simply take a pew if you prefer.
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the evening, this event is adults only. We kindly ask everyone to arrive before 7pm to allow time to settle into the space, as once the soundbath begins we will be unable to allow further admittance.
